Simple to Use and Effectively Communicates Information
I like that Entrata is simple to use and simple to explain. I think the layout is pretty clear and easy to understand with the way the dashboard and tabs are laid out. I use Entrata to document, log, discover, and relay information, and it helps eliminate any confusion of info being lost in translation.

I find Entrata to be a robust platform with a ton of native reporting available, which is really useful. I really like that residents can pay rent directly, place work orders, see and sign documents through it. The capabilities it offers, such as the reporting, are exactly what we wanted to see, and it had been a major factor in our decision to switch from Appfolio. The initial setup was great, and everyone at Entrata has been so nice.
