Best in class option for win/loss analysis

The quality of output was dramatically better than previous providers. All the other vendors we had used just followed our script and we were expected to build it out. Clozd came in and helped us think through our questions and moved to more of a template-based approach. Their interviewers then leveraged the template and dig into the real cause and get to deeper insights than we had ever had from the vendors that just followed our script.
