Carepatron makes top of the line EHR features accesible. I don't know how they are able to make a free version available, but I hope that doesn't change! Support staff are super responsive and helpful and the interface is customaizable and appealing to work with.

It's affordable, very easy to learn, I like having the ability to edit or upload templates for clients, and being able to add my supervisor to check my notes. It's also very easy to set up invoices and payment options for my clients. I haven't needed to use customer support, but setting up an account was fast and there was a very through walkthrough of how to use the system. I haven't used it alot yet because I am still growing my small pactice, but I check in every couple of days to add new forms and see what worksheets they have for my day job!
