The solution - WiFi / VOIP calling from any location using a local number with a mobile app to make it seem like your using your phone, with lots of call stats and call recording is great however, when something went wrong, the Customer Service was First Class! My staff was using the solution but as the account holder, I had to deal with the tech issues, I contacted Customer Support and Nidhi from Customer Service came, she was able to ask a few questions to diagnose the fault however, I needed to leave for a meeting and was on a webchat. She happily called me, discussed the fault and recognized it was another staff member actually using the app and experiencing the fault. She understood I was busy so suggested calling my staff member and the two resolved the issue. She was excellent in her approach, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Nidhi should be commended for commitment to providing first class customer service. I also like how the webchat connects to emails so I love it. Well done Nidhi
