I have been using CallHippo for almost 2 years and I really cannot complain. The annual fee has remained the same and so has the service. Calls per min are super cheap whether you call landlines or mobiles (in Europe) and customer service is great. I contacted them today and Owais Mirza, one of their customer agent, was super efficient and friendly as always CallHippo's agents I deal with. So, really cannot complain. Love the app and the fact that I can use CallHippo from a desktop too. I highly recommend it.

Friendly, patient and knowlegeable. It took a while for me to find the checkout or to understand the available options and I was assisted with a lot of patience.
