Initially, I was not familiar with the layout of the dashboard but Vijay walked me through it all very patiently, did not rush me in any way, and I really appreciate that from him. He tested and verified with me that the system was live and we even did a test call. I can't thank him enough, this guy knows his stuff. This is the best platform I have been to so far out of all the others I have tested, and with such a good technical support, I have no problem recommending them to another person who is looking.
