Birdeye provides an easy to use platform to manage my business reputation. The platform is user friendly and easy to navigate. I can monitor multiple sites/businesses all in one place! I also really appreciate AI assisted review responses, which help me avoid saying the same "thank you" over and over! I like the unique responses so that the reviewer knows I've really read their review, and Birdeye helps me wordsmith those!
