Various options for various needs. We needed a platform that offered only digital gift cards. Didn't want the social recognition platform. Love how easy it is to upload participant data and points. I've worked with some great staff members. However, I did encounter a staff member that was difficult to work with. Dislike that I have to be the first point of contact for support tickets (esp. forgotten login and password inquiries) now. Mobile app is excellent since we have a lot of field employees. Love the interactive social aspect of other employees "liking", commenting, and sharing each other's recognitions. Everyone is a fan of posting e-cards, GIF's or pictures with their recognitions. Our implementation manager and our ongoing customer success manager have been amazing. True partners throughout the whole process helping us make the program as successful as it has been. Still waiting to see if they can fix an issue where pending points do not count towards an employee's awardable points given. This causes an issue if an employee has submitted more than their allotted awardable points for the quarter they can still continue to provide recognition points until those pending points have been approved by a manager. Then the other pending points they still put out there cannot be approved since they have no points left to give. Hoping a solution is made sooner than later. Also, the system does not give points to new employees until the next quarter. Our old system used to give them their allotted points when they registered for the first time.
