We have several Visix screens throughout our main buildings, and they are easy to customize and update. Visix isn't as intuitive as using Instagram or other picture/video. I had a little bit of training to close the gap between what I knew (I know how to edit videos on Adobe Premiere) and how to use Visix. Cost, dependency on windows os. I would like to see more attention on cloud solutions. I find the interface far too complex and poorly designed. There are too many screens- would prefer a more stepped through process. One major issue is that the devices need to see the outside internet to work, in some environments, this is not easy. This has to be the clunkiest content management system on the market. Files uploaded to this system must all be renamed as it it lacks the ability to read any metadata, to include file names. The system does not work on Mac. You have to install Windows VM Ware for it to function. The entire process of adding content is tedious and terribly time consuming.
