So much. Not user friendly. The font will frequently change sizes for no good reason. You can't copy and paste easily. It will often randomly erase your discharge and you lose everything. You can only have two vet stars open at a time. It's pretty slow. Constantly crashes. I wish we could stay logged on for longer time without having to log back in again every time it closes (same computer).
