I would like to use trainual to do Onboarding to our customers, does exist any way to share with them some links to complete our onboarding

I just want to know what you appreciate the most about Trainual

For example, if Im doing a training live, how can the users log in and take the training?

The only way I know to describe it is like with a paper manual it seems to be easier to get the big idea or see the bigger picture. It may be that I am still learning how to manage and organize the content.

Pretty much like the screencast tool but only for screenshots.

off the shelf content (HIPAA, compliance, safety, management, MS Tools...etc.) would be helpful.

I'm interested in best practices. This is the first time we've set up a formal, organized training and onboarding program for our company and I'd like to know how other companies do it.
