Is it generally recommended to assume the worst with false positives and quarantine where necessary, or should I take a more relaxed approach and allow them to exist and check in occasionally until something concrete is identified?

I know the software allows me to run basic scans manually that cover the main areas of concern, but there are times I'd like to be able to run complete scans.

How can we manage in a midsize company that haven´t a perimeter solution to manage web filter by cathegory to the users?
