It's very easy to understand and the interface is very user-friendly. It has a lot of options for the questionnaires. The results are presented in very nice graphics that look very pleasing to the eye. I also like that you have the "testing" option, so you can try your survey as many times as you want without actually submitting any answers, just so you can see how respondents would come to see your survey.
