One time they were unable to find a driver and we weren't notified in advance to give us the option to cancel. It was only after the delivery time kept growing that I finally contacted them.
Another time, I couldn't find a restaurant that I knew was on the list. When I asked, I was told it's because they aren't in my delivery area. It's 7 minutes from our house! Rather than look into it, they gave me pat answer. I went through the restaurant site to find them and sure enough, they did deliver.
