Sageworks Lending is a solid "catch all" loan origination system, that enables various sections of underwriting/lending staff to get their jobs done in a centralized place. From customer profile creation, to underwriting, to approval, then closing, the Sageworks Lending platform provides us, as end-users, with a clean step-by-step process that allows us to effectively and consistently originate loans for our customers. From a operating system/platform standpoint, I haven't encountered any issues with Sageworks Lending that I would outright say that I dislike. There can sometimes be a slight lag (or lull) in the systems speed, but I think that has more to do with the overall number of users that are logged in and working in the platform at any given moment. It is so advanced that some employees are lagging behind on learning to use all the features and getting on-board with the rest of us, but I don't think this is Abrigo's fault. It did take us about a year to learn and get comfortable with it, but it's been worth it, and the more you use it, the easier it gets.
