Como todo software, sempre há uma curva de aprendizado, no entanto, Susan estava sempre disponível e nos ajudou muito durante os primeiros meses. Sempre que tínhamos uma dúvida, ela era muito responsiva e respondia nossas perguntas de maneira muito oportuna. O software é capaz de muito mais do que nossas necessidades exigiam. Principalmente vendíamos pacotes de viagem personalizados, onde combinávamos viagens aéreas internacionais, voos domésticos, transporte terrestre, acomodação, passeios e muito mais. Rezometry foi a ferramenta perfeita para alcançarmos nossos objetivos de vendas e oferecer um serviço ao cliente rápido e excepcional aos nossos clientes. Existem muitas empresas que fazem o que a Rezometry faz, mas na minha opinião, o nível de serviço junto com a tecnologia fornecida fez da Rezometry um parceiro de sucesso para nós. There is lots to like about Rezometry. The price point is very good for what the system offers. The contracts entry is simple and easy to train. The packaging options are strong. Accounting is good and the CRM is limited but gets the job done as far as accumulating your clientbase. They are moving to a web UI which will improve the access to the system by staff. Very good value for money for a program that has all the features we need and more, but not paying for a ton of features I don't need. The level of service you receive for training and ongoing support is excellent.
