The Content Library feature with the new AI Assistant has been revolutionary for my work flows. I can quickly generate high quality responses in the format of my choice, much like the famous AI tools out there but specific to my organisation. Even without the Assistant I can save so much time searching for previously entered responses which we validate and have moderated internally. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
Not a dislike about Responsive, but I tend not to use Responsive for the actual management of RFPs as I find stakeholders prefer to work manually in documents and not via the Web interface. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.

It has really been created with the users and purpose in mind. It is helpful to have similar responses organised and be able to collaborate with SMEs within the business. It's also really easy to store commonly used attachments to be added to a response and edit the name.

When issues are escalated, there are huge delays in getting responses which is not ideal for the tight timelines that RFPs often have.

We use the software daily here for our work and it is invaluable for us. In general I feel the Responsive interface is relatively clean and easy to use. Our customer support directly through our assigned CSM has been solid. I also like that there is a fairly extensive set of customizations available to the end user for things like intake forms, library tagging, user access, automated emails, etc. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
What I dislike most about Responsive is that there is an additional cost for literally everything. Having a sandbox to test the layout of intake forms or library structure? An additional cost. Translation features? An additional cost. Proposal shredding, AI, you name it, is all an additional cost. As our business grows globally, as AI becomes more prevalent, as RFPs become more time consuming to review, these are features that we need and it would be great if our Responsive subscription would grow with us, but alas it does not. A stark example here is that Responsive's new AI functionality add-on will cost nearly the same amount as our base subscription. We shouldn't have to double our budget for the software just for a single add-on.
A lesser issue is that when we submit a common technical support question via the automated chatbot or help/support request feature, we frequently do not see timely resolution or even proper resolution, which occasionally means we have to escalate these requests directly to our CSM for support.
