Valispace é muito fácil de usar. Até mesmo o espaço "admin" não é tão complexo. No passado, usei outra ferramenta de captura de requisitos que era muito mais complexa.
A flexibilidade do Valispace também é uma vantagem. Posso ter qualquer campo que eu necessite e posso facilmente implementar com "poucos" cliques.
Estou trabalhando com hardware, e ter uma visão de abstração usando o módulo de componentes torna o processo de captura de requisitos menos doloroso.
Importações e exportações para documentos baseados em Excel são bastante fáceis e diretas.

Valispace é uma ótima ferramenta para engenharia de sistemas. É fácil de usar e implementar em seu pipeline e é feito de acordo com os padrões da indústria. Usamos diariamente principalmente para o gerenciamento de requisitos e como um ponto único de verdade para nossos orçamentos técnicos. Essas duas funcionalidades são ótimas! Ainda há trabalho a ser feito na interface do usuário para torná-la amigável. Pode ser lenta às vezes e não é fácil de manusear, às vezes também muito restritiva. Valispace é uma ferramenta intuitiva para o desenvolvimento de projetos, em particular focada principalmente na gestão de requisitos, mas não apenas. É possível defini-la como uma espécie de ferramenta de Engenharia de Sistemas, onde é possível desenvolver simulações, orçamento preliminar e gerenciar os requisitos desde o primeiro lançamento até a verificação. O que mais aprecio no Valispace é que ele serve como uma plataforma colaborativa onde você pode calcular e armazenar seus dados de engenharia de projeto, gerenciar requisitos, realizar simulações, documentações e também armazenar procedimentos de teste e execuções de teste, tudo em uma única ferramenta de engenharia de sistemas. The tool serves well for requirements management, providing traceability between requirements and between requirements and design using automated 'rules'.
Serves well as a single source of truth for design and its properties. The core functionalities are easy to use and understand and the customer support has been very responsive and helpful.

Some of the UI/UX is not always easy/fun to use and the most of the pages do not display well on mobile.
It can at times be difficult to align the usage of the tool with more formal processes (e.g. ECSS) and things like gated reviews and 'freezing' certain aspects of design.
It is less well suited for situations where a batch/series production is used (i.e. better suited for the design phase and manufacturing,integration,testing of one-off products).

Valispace has an intiutiive system in place for linking requirements, components, analysis, and verification together, and it exists live in a web browser that lets me and my whole team look at and work on the same thing at the same time. Vlispace can take a bit of time to administer. It is also not the most flexible tool around, there are limitations in what kind of columns can be created to represent data. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
The user interface is much simpler, cleaner and easier to use compare to other software solutions. Compared to using a spreadsheet you get many additional features like version tracking, tracibility, formula based requirements etc. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
I still experience many bugs every day, especially in the front-end. The testing module has never received much attention and is barely useful in my opinion. I am missing some key features:
- Custom requirement identifier numbering (also separate identifier per section)
- Placeholder for deleted requirements to block the identifier number
- An easy way to share a requirements list with non-Valispace user
- A proper testing module
