Frankly the product. We went out to the market 9 years ago to find a replacement for Apeture. We needed a tool that could do everything that we did then but also have scope for new enhancements and benefits. Nlyte was, and still is, the perfect fit. We were able to migrate without service impact and add in features like NEO to also pull in our customer energy billing (previously managed by another 3rd party application). We have had some long running support cases which the Nlyte team stuggle to gain traction on. These have since been resolved however it can sometimes feel that there isn't the focus or resource within support to really deal with some tough issues. My other bone of contention is the Feature Request list. We and other customers have submitting thousands of feature requests with no apparent focus on delivering them.
