Prós e Contras de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management

I love that there are so many modules available to customize a solution for any business. There are also tons of vendors who have software that plugs into Dynamics AX, and lots more willing to create a bolt-on software.

The user interface looks very similar to most Microsoft products, with a ribbon across the top of the screen containing tabs and buttons for various functions, so navigation is fairly intuitive. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.

The ability to customize the solution comes at a price. The way the indexing is done on Dynamics AX means that the software is very slow -- like software loading back in the 90's slow. That is the biggest complaint I hear from users.

Additionally, some of the buttons, menus, error messages, and help text is not intuitive -- to the point that new users often feel overwhelmed and experienced users tend to stick to only the functions they are familiar with, rather than experimenting to try and find new features or faster way to go about processes.
