I liked the fact that that it was an inclusive software. Different departments had the capacity of utilizing the software. The customization ability was okay too. At most it was effective, but not really the style we were going for, however I do see the potential in using it. Maybe one day in the future I will need to use it and I'll have a leg up. Difficult to comprehend and can be glitchy. The amount of training need for this software is insane. If your company is in a bind and you need to switch softwares and you need your whole team to do training and become on board the good luck. Even going through the training is painful. The ease of use in the software itself for integrating different reports, filtering, and making payments. It can take a few steps to pull one report to get to the next, but they are exported in the same format and arrangement in the spreadsheet that the import file will have to be, which makes the process more streamlined rather than continually having to reformat between reports. It doesn't always work well with external programs, some input reports need to be in .csv format, and it can freeze for just a few seconds to over an hour and a half in some cases. I don't like how slow it is to run at times. I also don't like that sometimes it takes clicking through several screens to get the area that I want. It also can be frustrating at times that when you click through areas and need to go backward to where you started, it doesn't take you to this exact point.
