System is reliable and functions day to day. After the initial setup, which was a frustrating and time consuming process, the system has run successfully. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.

Abysmal support, I mean it's nearly impossible to get support for the system. Mitel migrated ticketing systems and did not respond to any tickets for about 2 weeks after install. Constant confusion on their end about licensing and features. One support person knocked our company offline for a couple hours, breaking our whole phone menu tree.

Project management is nonexistent and there is no accountability at higher levels of management. Support teams try but they clearly lack the training or tools to provide an adequate support response. System design is also convoluted, and it requires multiple management pages for each part of the system. The call center portion is a separate PBX which is bridged to the main PBX. It gets out of sync requiring service reboots.

UC Software is poor, soft-phone is unreliable. Chat service does not sync between devices. No iPad app for collaboration. Mitel offers no 2 factor authentication. Gosto da capacidade de ver o "status" da linha telefônica de alguém, mesmo se estiver fora do escritório. Além disso, gosto de poder clicar com o botão direito no nome de um contato e ligar ou enviar uma mensagem instantânea para o colega de trabalho. Eu gostaria que houvesse um recurso mais rápido para gravar uma saudação de ausência do escritório. Preciso mudar minha saudação de ausência do escritório com frequência e seria ótimo ter um ícone no painel para recursos usados frequentemente, assim não precisaria clicar em uma série de configurações. Gosto de poder encontrar contatos de forma rápida e impecável. Não preciso mais lembrar de dezenas de ramais! Também é ótimo como posso verificar meu correio de voz no Outlook sem ter que digitar minha senha no próprio telefone. Um minuto aqui e ali ao longo do tempo realmente se acumula! Eu não gosto do fato de que o diretório duplica nomes se eu tiver vários números. Ele deve listar o nome apenas uma vez, ter uma fonte padrão para escolher o número e fornecer um menu adicional para selecionar números adicionais quando necessário. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.

O que não amar? Eu adoro que seja tão fácil de usar, e ainda melhor agora que recebo meus recados de voz diretamente no meu e-mail! Não preciso mais pressionar replay 3 vezes para obter todas as informações. Agora posso reproduzir apenas as partes que preciso ouvir novamente. Super eficiente! Not being able to turn off the instant message. With all the various communication technology in the company, this is just one more application I have to check.
