They lied to me. The guy was really nice. Told me I would be getting good seller lead, Sellers who were looking to sell. Nothing in 3 months. I was told also that I could cancel after 3 months. When I called to cancel. He was like, I'm sorry you can cancel until 6 months. I said no I was told I could cancel after 3 months. He was like the contract says 6mts. What a smooth lying company. I trusted the nice guy on the end of the phone. Most of the leads were fake addresses, no phone numbers to call, I received no reply from emails. All they wanted was for me pay more money for additional service. I said NO cancel. So they still won't cancel. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM. They will lie to you. I told them so they record for training purposes, I won't the recording. Oh no we can't give you the recording, only used when we go to court. SEE YOU in COURT! Market Leader is a great tool but as someone using the platform and not knowing the backend, it sometimes requires me to call the helpdesk. Everyone I have spoken to has always been extremely nice and patient and tried to help but one person in particular has shown that they can resolve the issues and understand the platform and integrations/connections better than others. Sometimes the support tries to be helpful but does not actually understand the platform and how to resolve an issue and it wastes a lot of time.
improvements for platform are another story. At this time i'm satisfied but in future can see more capabilities and features that i'd request. Right now I'll say having a few standouts as people to escalate to or bring in for an issue that the customer service support person you get on the phone may not be equipped to resolve would be key. I dont expect anyone to know everything that works in customer support and I certainly understand everyone must start somewhere and learns as they go so instead of just giving up on the issue or passing us on, or saying theyre fixing it and to call back tomorrow, maybe have an escalation person they can have join the call and educate them as well as the customer so everyone does not waste time. I'm sure some of us (customers) are not always explaining the "issue" clearly either so feeling like the customer support person can add another team member to the call without feeling dumb or like they dont know what theyre doing, would be helpful. Sometimes its just asking the right questions to understand the problem or having to deal with the problem once and watching/listening to someone else ask quesoitns and resolve it will benefit everyone. So, I dont think anyone in customer service should ever feel like they need to pretend to know the answer or that they are fixing it. It wastes my time and they dont learn. I'd much rather have someone say, i'm not sure i'm understanding the problem or how to resolve it. Let me add someone else to this call and see if two heads are better than one or call you back with a team member more familiar with this. Yong Son was someone I would certainly say understands the product and how to interact with and communicate with us realtors as customers in an honest and efficient way. Os leads são péssimos. $450 por mês por 10 leads. Você receberá 4 visitantes, não 10, que olharão um total de 2 anúncios, depois desaparecerão. Eu teria percebido que o MarketLeader não vale a pena.
Além disso, o site não permite que os usuários ajustem a faixa de preço em que irão pesquisar. Se o orçamento do cliente for 425K, eles terão que pesquisar até 450K ou limitar a 400K. Eles deturparam completamente o que fariam, depois atrasaram, lutaram comigo a cada passo do caminho, finalmente reverteram uma cobrança, e eu ainda estou lutando com eles sobre a outra que debitaram SEM minha autorização depois que eu disse que estava cancelando, E ELES AINDA ESTÃO TENTANDO DEBITAR MEU CARTÃO QUANDO EU NÃO ESTOU APENAS NÃO RECEBENDO O SERVIÇO DELES, MAS EU JÁ CANCELEI O EMAIL QUE ELES TÊM PARA MIM, E ELES AINDA ESTÃO TENTANDO ME FORÇAR A PAGAR!!!! Falsa publicidade, serviços não prestados, sem atendimento ao cliente, leads falsos
Estamos chegando ao nosso terceiro mês com eles e nos prometeram um agente dedicado sem NENHUM CONTATO dele. Nosso vendedor inicial parou de responder depois que cobraram nossa conta pela primeira vez. Levou 8 dias para o vendedor inicial ajudar a colocar nosso site no ar e 2 semanas para conseguir um "lead". Todos os "leads" foram falsos ou não responderam por texto, chamada, correio de voz ou e-mail.
Tentamos cancelar e, de acordo com os termos e condições, seguimos as diretrizes, mas nos disseram que esses termos e condições não se aplicavam a contas de contrato, dos quais solicitamos uma cópia, sem resposta.

Leads were terrible. Not sure what advertising they were using but most of the leads were not even looking to buy real estate. I was told there would be phone numbers. They don't require phone numbers, so most leads did not have them. They offered a special promotion of 10 extra leads a month and a 3 month review with option to cancel. After I signed the contract, they came back with another contract that didn't have those promotions. When I questioned it, the sales person said not to worry, that it I would have the same promotion. In the end, he was lying. It was not the same promotion. I've spent way to much time trying to get out of this contract. They said the contract had me in a 6 month contract. Because I had saved my emails from the sales person, I was able to get out of it. Not one lead actually did anything. It was a total waste of time and money. There are other programs that are much better than this one. The underhanded changing of contracts and then not standing by what was agreed to really raises business ethics questions. Eles deturpam o que podem entregar. Prometem demais e entregam de menos. Eles mentem sobre LEADS DE QUALIDADE. Isso simplesmente NÃO é o caso. Se você reclamar, eles dizem que você não está fazendo o acompanhamento corretamente. Eu vendo mais de $8M por ano em casas. Eu sei como fazer o acompanhamento.
