some enhancements available however we were not aware they were part of subscription, would like ton adapt site but lots of hands on required by us admin to make it work. more enforced time with customer experience or product coaches to realise our potential in the system and make it sing and dance. however time and input needed from admin to make this happen.

Their Customer support team is fantastic. If we have a problem with Adapt or our LMS, we can call and receive instant support to resolve any issues or questions we may have. Coming from Absorb, this system has been a challenge. We have the LXP and did not truly understand the differences between that and the LMS offered. This system is not very friendly to "scores" with the default accountability only being completion.

The video storage limitation of 700k per files has been a challenge as well causing many to be degraded to work.
