Kokoro’s software product has one pricing model per account. The product is generally priced at €320 per account per month for up to 200 users, if you book for 12 months.
This price for one account includes:
- It can be used with one team or for multiple teams with up to 200 people per account.
- 2 hour onboarding workshop
- 2 hour team coaches onboarding
- All materials and MIRO boards for setting up, getting reading and doing your first data-based run through
- All version updates, questions changes included for 12 months
The total cost for 1 year = €3840
Further information and promotions:
- Multiple accounts ordered are offered at discount.
- If more than 20+ accounts are ordered then there is an enterprise discount.
- We can offer extra coaching hours for your leaders, team leaders, and teams organisational wide with workshops, interactive keynotes like the science of great teams and how to avoid team burnout.
- Pilots can be set up for 4 months at request with coaching and workshops at a set price.
Our pricing sets us apart from our competitors because we do not focus on per person, per month. It is about using the tool with the group and getting engagement fast. It is also much easier for procurement as the reduced complexity in pricing makes onboarding easier.

Kokoro's software is priced in a simple way, so our customers can get going quickly and without much on boarding and deployment complications. Currently below are the typical set up our customers have while deploying Kokoro.
1. Kokoro is being used by one team with up to 30 people with one account based on their development needs.
2. Kokoro is being used as a department, business area or vertical with one account based on their needs with up to 200 users. Very often they are set up in a team, agile or holocratic structures.
3. Kokoro is being used by multiple business areas with up to 25 accounts based on individual needs to support a cultural shift or organisations transformation.
4. Kokoro is being used by multiple leaders individually as part of a leadership or high potential program over 1 to 2 years.
5. Kokoro is being used by consultancy to support their clients' teams to become the best team to deliver on a strategy that the consultancy has been hired to develop with them.
