We are a large public university and have used JobsEQ since 2018 to better align academic programs with the labor market and our competitive market. We would be lost without it. We have run hundreds of Education Reports and Awards analytic reports, as well as Occupation Reports, Occupation Snapshots, and others. Amazingly easy to use and excellent user support. A few clicks to get a report that otherwise would take weeks or months to accomplish, if you could do it at all. Love the Data Explorer tool and the ability to easily create custom geographic regions on any scale. Very affordable. Reliable data sources. Powerful and robust proprietary analytics. The feature I most like about JobsEQ is the flexability in creating custom things - custom regions, custom industry groups and custom occupations. You can easily create the region, industry or labor force that you need and then compare it to any geography that you have access to.

Very easy to use interface and very prompt on-demand customer service. I like the ability to customize regions of interest and to create CIP to SOC crosswalks relevant to our degree programs. In Resume Forensics, some of the data is not cleaned up as well as I would prefer. For example, individuals misspell the name of their college attended, and those won't surface as "hits" in a report. There are also duplications of persons, where data scraped from one site where the person uses a slightly different name variation than their name on another site (for example: Bill vs. William). JobsEQ is a big time saver when preparing for housing & economic presentations, particularly for smaller markets outside of major metro areas. I can present rich data about the local economy to help Realtors understand labor market dymanics. Wages are an important driver of the housing market.
