Resource Mate gets the job done and it's nice to have the ability to add a number of tags and user-defined categories. We have been able to divide out the collection well enough to make searching easier for staff and patrons. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.

Resource Mate is pretty cumbersome. The product has been running slowly, even on a new computer, and it tends to lock up more often than not. To complete most tasks there are an inordinate amount of clicks needed to get to the final step (press yes, press okay, press submit... that type of thing) which are unnecessary and largely cause delays if forgotten. Training volunteers to work with RM has been difficult at best and it's certainly not user-friendly to anyone who is unfamiliar with and ILS (aka: most of our volunteers are not library students).
