The system is intuituve and allows management teams to successfully keep track of all aspects within the quality of their business. I haven't utilised any competitor products to be able to compare against, however the system is fulfilling our service needs as an NHS organisation that we have not been required to look elsewhere at this time. The competency matrix is not suitable for use. This part of the system is clunky and not user friendly. If this is an important part of the system for yourself then I would not recommend Ideagen Quality Management as we have had to utilise other methods to satisfy this requirement. We have experienced frustration with the support process; howver, I was very pleased with some of the response to my feedback. Bill Montgomery set up a remote meeting, and heard our complaints. Brittany Fairbanks has also worked to ensure response to our issues.
I particpated in a virtual meeting with Gavin, Declan and another gentleman. They appeared eager to listen, and I hope that some changes will be made in response to my feedback.
This group indicated that work is being done to make Workflows easier to develop. I think that would be an outstanding improvment. Currently, the Workflow concept is an awsome tool, but it is not an intuitive process.

The employees (consultant, staff and service desk members) are very helpful and responsive. The QMS tool itself is good for conducting audits and the reporting functionality is good as well.
The fact that there are different databases (NEW, LIVE, TRAINING) for different purpose of the business, I find this option very useful. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
It is the data entry of audit report where you have to manually add that is a pain.
Additionally, the question bank even though allows you to add your own questions, it's still a manual entry.
Can we somehow automate this part? e.g. we give ideagen staff/consultants/service desk a template with list of all questions (on a spreadsheet) and it can be automatically uploaded/integrated/imported?
If we can automate some tasks in Q-pulse for data entry, it will increase customer satisfaction.
Another improvement to consider is can we have the CA/PA module management where the Non-Conformance (NC) finding is managed separately, while the audit can be closed. What I mean is, we complete an audit in 2 weeks (report generated), we close this audit in Q-pulse however, leave the NCs open that we manage separately. Right now, unless we close the NCs, we can't close the audit in Q-pulse which is not ideal. Some companies like us find this useful.
Furthermore, can we have in the audit module, to have multiple audit calendars? Right now only 1 audit calendar is allowed where if I need to add a separate supplier audit calendar, I cannot which is inconvinient. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.

System looks old and outdated, can be freshened up for 2023 and beyond. Not as much flexibility to build it to your organisation's requirements as other systems. A lot of bugs and can sometimes be quite clunky to use for people who don't often use it. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
I like being able to find all our police's and QC documents in one easy to use and find place. With everything going paperless it's important to have software that is easy for the end users to understand and navigate. This product is well laid out and easy to understand. When we have to acknowledge we have read a policy it annoys me that we have to click out of the window, find the document elsewhere so we can download the tracked changes version.
