Our company has been utililizing HelloTeams for several months now and it has exceeded our expectations. The support team is by far the best. Kendra has been an excellent resource and is one of the most responsive consultants I've ever worked with. She always checks in just to see how the platform is working for us and offering help wherever she can. Any request given to the team is always handled or looked into in a time-sensitive manner. The platform is also very easy to use and our staff have really enjoyed some key features on the profile page. It's been a great way for everyone to interact with one another. I also enjoy how easy it is to create and customize our 360 surveys and Engagement surveys. There are many filters that make responses easy to sort which has been really helpful to our organization. Changes to surveys can also be made while they are open which is extremely helpful. Surveys can also be created ahead of time which takes away the hassel of setting reminders. Performance reviews are easy to track and easy to manage for both employees and managers. We really enjoy the sign off feature and the workflow from start to finish.
