In all honesty, I am still learning the ins and outs of everything Jane has to offer, but overall I loved how it automatically assigns healthstreams that are associated with the topics being questioned. For the open-ended question assessments, it was really mind-blowing to see how well it detected the answers it wanted from the user and mark questions correct/incorrect appropriately. Rather than giving everyone the same HealthStream assignments once a year, they could take an assessment instead and use the module recommendations as their required review instead. It has great plans to add within healthstream so that the employee can get more information on those topics.
