I love how easy and straightforward it is to create and manage an event on Eventbrite. All the basic information about it is asked in a very structured way and that makes it easier to manage it. It also allows checking past events you've created which can be an interesting source of data. I always get confused when it's time to generate the shortened link to share the event. I think that's something that could be improved and the link could be part of the overall process of creating the event. Because I use it only a few times a year, I always need to Google how to do that. It could be improved in terms of promoting locally / choosing how to promote it / geofencing / targeting.
