- Regarding our Agency's Ease subscription: It would be great if there was another option for mid size employers like us to add a few more authorized users. We have 3 users now, but this is limiting for us when carriers offer to help build products in Ease. It would be nice if Ease offered a few carrier user log-ins for each subscription, that we could offer here and there for carriers to log-in and support us, like a mid-size tier to move up slightly on our subscription without jumping all the way to "unlimited" log-ins- we would appreciate more subscription options/tiers!
- Phone lines don't open until 11:00 am CST which is difficult for us mid westerners if there is an urgent need that comes up. It would be nice for earlier hours especially on Mondays!
- Some feedback requests I've put in have been requested for two years or more, as they aren't priority compared to more urgent/high needs. It would be great if these especially the small requests would be honored, especially when multiple (and sometimes numerous) others are requesting the same thing! Hoping changes will come! I like how easy it is to build out a site for a company. I was using a system previously that would take us days to have ready. We are now getting sites ready within an hour or two for some mid-sized clients and sometimes 20 minutes or less for really small ones. I do wish there was more disclaimers and language that were in the library that can easily be applied to different lines of coverage. A video library would be nice as well.
