No início, pensei que era uma ferramenta completa que ajudaria meu negócio de aluguel de Campervan a funcionar sem problemas, mas depois de comprar a licença completa, percebi que tinha desperdiçado meu dinheiro. O suporte ao cliente não é apenas incrivelmente lento (imagine ter um problema com a plataforma, não conseguir que seu cliente reserve o carro rapidamente e ter que esperar até uma semana inteira por uma resposta), mas mesmo depois de receber uma resposta, a resposta deles não é a solução que você precisava, e você tem que começar tudo de novo. What I would like the most of this software is the easy to use at a first sight. i mean, once you log in in a new software is not always immediate to find independently the way to proceed with the first steps. Once we started to use Ecalypse we found shortly more value added in terms of effort and time consumed than the previous software. Also, my colleagues in the first days or weeks of usage are experiencing a good feeling with this new software. I would say that colours and font used could be chosen better in order to have a deeper experience. Of course, they are just opinions due to my liking and they couldn't be considered as absolute truth. Sometimes, also, the waiting time between the phases are too long and not responsive as they should be. Perthaps this effect could be caused maybe due to some script or deadlock in the queries to be checked. At this stage, my real expectations are to have these two aspects fixed within the next release of the product in order to have a better user journey and experience.
