But what I liked BEST is their Support team & Account Managers. Everyone we worked with was very friendly, and dedicated. There's not much to dislike here, y'all. The price is a little high, but it's VERY worth it IMO, especially if your boss is paying :)

We briefly investigated the time it would take one of our own devs to build a custom API solution to accurately migrate over 31,000 tickets, and let's just say it would've been drastically more expensive re: their dev time.

That said, I think the price was fair and the service was well worth it.
