Crossover for Work's Worksmart app is a required application for those working within the Crossover organizational structure of remote employees. The Worksmart tool is a little black/green app that sits on a desktop and captures user behavior on a computer, which includes: screenshots of the desktop, photos of the person sitting at the computer, the name of the apps being used, the number of mouse clicks, and the number of keystrokes. This information is then relayed to a backend where managers and Crossover's own productivity team reviews time cards (set in 10 minute increments) to give insights if the remote employee is doing work or slacking off. Nothing negative as of yet. Very responsive team. If I need to recommend something It would be to be something along the lines of helping your candidates manage multiple offers. This part can be a bit confusing in the beginning. I'd also like to see each of the reps faces in the "team" room sitting on the computers. :) Help to personalize the experience a bit more.
