The best part of cityview is its ability to generate reports due to all the information it is capable of holding. however the program itself is not user friendly, structured in an disorganized manner, provides unnecessary information as content that is not relevant to your position,, and crowds the drop down options. I've used many government programs in my career. I am very open to new programs in the name of efficiency. . However this software is not efficient, it take 3x the amount of time for daily functions. The way in which the windows open and close depending on the content you seek is a huge issue which should have been fixed at the initial phase of this program. I cannot think of a worse data collecting system for first line persons that work in a multitasking environment. The customization you would want to improve the program are not possible. I like how CityView makes it easy for local governments to track and store data all in one place. The tabs at the top are useful and self-explanatory (documents and images, submittals, etc.) to help navigate the program. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
