The lack of visibility into performance led to significant delays and frustration in paying affiliates and creators.

Communication tools: Very poor and unusable. If you're communicating with more than a few affiliates/creators, you are better off relying on other third-party tools to facilitate. Many automated emails (like assigning voucher codes) contained errors in placeholders and spelling/grammar (no way to edit these yourself).
