The AI Summarize tool is excellent. The ability to quickly pull out some data insights from a large text heavy data set is excellent. The insights were spot on and the wording was actionable and impactful. Uploading data is easy and intuitive. Setting up your data for processing and analysis is also simple. Mining the data for specific insights felt clunky. Comparing groups and variations between cohorts or groups was clunky and left me feeling like I wanted to be able to mine the data for deeper insights. Cleaning up the buckets and groups and filters was confusing. Being able to cluster my data along specific logic wasn't difficult but I wasn't necessary sure how to best leverage the tool once I had done this. The CANVS tool is so easy to use to provides relevant and detailed analysis of any number of open ended responses. As a Voice of Customer team we receive thousands of pieces of feedback from a number of different sources and CANVS has helped us to decrease the amount of manual analysis needed so we can provide even more support for our partners. Canvs AI helps to craft compelling stories and analyze large amounts of social commentary data. The tool helps to not only quickly summarize learnings but also make informed recommendations from the available data. My favorite thing to do is ask the tool questions like "What is a positive story we can tell an advertiser from this data?" or "What are three recommendations we can share with the advertiser in order to improve future campaigns?". I think the tool could do a better job of sorting out spam responses. You as a Canvs AI user are able to delete spam comments manually, but I think the AI could help identify comments that need to be deleted from a data set so as not to skew results. Canvs takes into account the nuances of slang, entertainment-specific phrasing, and emoji behavior of social media for text analysis, resulting in a much more accurate experience than traditional social listening competitors that are not specialized for entertainemnt listening.
