CalendarHero is an excellent calendaring application. Not only can I add all the calendars I can think of, it allows me create an unlimited amount of meeting types, and has a "bot" that allows me to find and schedule times with large groups of people effortlessly. I can't think of anything that it's missing but there is one feature that has a quirk: the "bot" scheduler. While it works great to find a time, if one person in the group cancels, it cancels the whole meeting even if it happens moments before the meeting starts. Flexibility is important, so being able to create different bookings, paid and unpaid is very helpful. You can use an assistant, and any meetings for the day ahead are sent to your email as a reminder. Great pricing, quick to use, and calendar integration is no problem and prevents double-bookings. It was easy to set up and the best part: I'm able to include multiple calendars and individually chose which tool I want to use for the web meeting.
