Alchemer offers a large number of question types to choose from. Occasionally I find myself wanting a question type that isn't there, but that occurs much less often than with other platforms. I've used Qualtircs in the past and while Qualtrics may offer more, Alcamers offers 90% of what I need at a far more reasonable price. If I have a question their support team is quick to respond. They offer their own panel called "Survey Audience." Like most panels, a percentage of the responses end up being bogus. Most other panel companies provide credit for these or replace them. I contacted them about this and initially, they said they would work to resolve it, however, it's been nearly two months now and nothing has happened. I have recently sent three unanswered emails. I like the possibility of customizing surveys (text, question, images, footer, header, script) and product flexibility. In addition, it is so valuable the distinction between links and campaigns. Sometimes I can't use Alchemer for some hours because servers are down (such as yesterday). In addition, my surveys are big, and this is a problem for Alchemer because it can happen that the platform doesn't save my changes or duplicate in the wrong way a survey. The UI is very intuitive and user-friendly. I'm able to create and format the surveys that I need quickly. I love how many different question formats are available--it's incredibly useful. I appreciate the ability to style both my surveys and my reports. Being able to click a button and produce a professional, on-brand report is great. It saves me a lot of time that I would have to spend reformatting the results before sharing. Also, their customer service team is awesome! They have been so helpful and pleasant to work with. The thing that causes me the most frustration is the reports section. It can take a very long time to load, especially if you have a lot of data. Additionally, trying to export the results of a years-long survey is pretty much impossible. My workaround is sharing a report link, which isn't ideal in all situations.
