I love that I can create maps so easily with this software. I can easily access data from the automated reporting system in real time and see crimes on a map . Accurint has a huge database. You can search by SSN, name, address, pretty much any data point. Interface drop-downs and search functions allow for quick filtering and sorting. Although the database is huge, there are a lot of duplicate entries. It makes sense since some of the data comes from credit reports which people fill out themselves and may give slightly different spellings or abbreviations, but it's just an annoying little thing to work through.
