Plunet is "clunky", not dynamic and has a tendency to many bugs or not "so thought through" features and functionalities. I.e. price lists become unmanageable the more you scale.
Usei outros CMS de tradução no passado e nunca tive dificuldades em aprender os detalhes do Smartling, já que a interface é muito intuitiva. Também gosto de como os conteúdos de alto nível são organizados, o que facilita encontrar as coisas. Também aprecio...
The features are limited, specially for QA. You cannot customize much and you cannot download a bilingual file to use other QA tools like Xbench. Also, when propagating 100% matches, you don't know which one is the original one.
