It's hard to find something I dislike, but if I had to say something ... if you create a WRAP, then change an insurance carrier's contact information in the software, the existing WRAP is automatically updated with the new contact information, and the WRAP is marked as if it has not been finalized yet because of the change Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MyWave Connect is a great tool to share with employers to be find what they are looking for. It is an automatic engagement solution for clients to find the resources they need them such a flyers, sample forms, newsletters, educational pieces, etc. I like that it is very simple for the client to navigate through. I think my favorite thing about this site to tell the client is that if they can't find something there is an HR hotline where someone will answer right away. There is not much to dislike about this site. Everything that the client needs is right there in front of them. I guess the only dislike would be the amount of emails that are received from them. I get them on a daily basis and think its a bit excessive and would rather receive an email every couple of days or keep it to a minimum of twice a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
