What do you like best about ZoomInfo Talent?

The filters are effortless to use. They help me a lot when I look for a specific candidate. The most helpful tools are the search by zip code and management level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Talent?

Sometimes when I try to look for a specific person, even though I know they are on ZoomInfo, I cannot find them right away. I would like them to improve the "full name" filter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Talent?

I like that it allows you to find company email formats. Even if a specific person is not on ZoomInfo, as long as the company is, you can figure out what their email will be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Talent?

I am not sure how quickly people get added to the system. For example, I was looking for someone who had started a career a month earlier, and they were not in the system. If a company has different email formats, it makes it almost impossible to find the correct email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Talent?

The UI is fantastic; it's easy to navigate between pages. Some of the functionality comes with a bit of a learning curve, but I was able to manage just fine and use the product to maximum effect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the functionality related to narrowing the search parameters does not always work properly, and engineers were requested to fix these functions over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Talent?

I love the way it is integrated to my browse, so it makes it so easy to use; once you have a profile, you can click on the ZoomInfo tab so you can see all the required information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Talent?

Sometimes I can not find the personal emails of the candidates; I don't reach out to people at work; I only reach out to them on their personal emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Candidates are receiving tons of LinkedIn messages; if I don't hear back in a week, I follow up with an email on their personal email; candidates have the tendency to check their email more often and reply to recruiters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Talent?

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Talent?

Great information summary about companies and their competition, leadership, etc. all in one spot. It is helpful if you are digging in a bit deeper than the average person to understand the players in an industry, their publications, their news etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Talent?

It isn't for the casual user for sure. I also find it difficult to upload lists (.csv) and not sure how I would ever get some one on one help, even if I was willing to pay for it. The knowledge center isn't intuitive and you can't just get help from the main account page from what I can tell either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ZoomInfo Talent:

Just like G2 has a help or chat function, I think ZoomInfo should do the same to make it less cumbersome for quick questions to be answered. Its a great tool if you already know how to use it but for those who are maybe doing one thing wrong it (like myself) it isn't easy to figure it out. I consider myself savvy with the computer so if I can't figure it out, I won't buy additional seats or recommend it to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZoomInfo Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since we're in the recruiting game, it is helping us find more direct contact information and personal emails in order to reach out to candidates. This has helped us figure out similar names and people to look into on this end. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Talent?

I like the quick access to information through the sidebar. It helps me to plan my day and reach as many candidates and clients as possible within a limited time frame. I also enjoy the cross searching way to narrow down candidates from certain companys or locations. I can, for instance, only have a first name along with the person's general location and be able to find their company phone number. I am even, at times, able to get their phone extension through Zoominfo.

Before I used the tool, it would take me an additional one to two hours to plan my reach-outs by phone or email. Not having to scour and dig through old documents and parts of the internet have saved me many hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Talent?

I don't have any dislikes. I enjoy using the product. An addition that would make my experience better would be the option to have a button on a LinkedIn profile that automaticlly populates the phone number of the company as well as an email address provided. Something I also wish to be a feature is the option to stay logged in for extended periods of time. I do not like having to sign in over and over again each time I close out my tabs (which is often). I love that I can go into org charts and the teams are already grouped, so I can find the right team immediately and see who I am speaking with or who I need to reach out to and see their level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
