The Engage function has been an uphill battle. It auto-defaults to sending to candidates' work emails which is not helpful. Also, there are several instances where the contact information is wrong for candidates. Additionally, would prefer a filter to be able to just contact people who do not have LinkedIn profiles. What I love most about Zoominfo is that I have access to potential candidates personal/business emails and phone numbers. It's rare to find that on any other sites that offer candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about Zoominfo is when email address or phone numbers come back wrong. It would be great to give the correct information to Zoominfo when we do get it and it would be great to let Zoominfo know which information is wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ZoomInfo ReachOut extension for Google Chrome is phenomenal. It saves tons of time toggling between windows and tabs while providing useful information and easy-to-use controls. The integration to SalesForce is also beneficial for professionals dealing with hundreds of leads and contacts daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the information is still significantly more accurate than other platforms, there are still quite a few profiles missing or without accurate data (i.e. - they've moved on to a new company, have a new last name, etc.). You can submit changes, but I'm not sure how quickly they actually process, update, & verify. Also, if more profiles included the LinkedIn URLs, it would be helpful. I have tried so many services that claim to have personal contact info, but they only ever have a general office line. I was shocked at the quality of ZoomInfo. 99% of the people I need contact info for have information listed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally I will find an incorrect phone number - it's very seldom though and ZoomInfo has a team of people who will remove and find the correct info. That's the only downside I have found but it's still well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I like best is the ability to search using multiple criteria, to narrow down who I need to reach and the multiple means of communication. The dashboard and search engine are very intuitive and easy to use and narrow search criterias to get granular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least effective part is that from time to time the information is out of date. I have run into a few deadends here and there where the information is more than six months old and the target is no longer at the company. I am loving Zoom Info/Zoom Recruiter!! I am so good at it that I actually train my colleagues on it and give them refreshers. It has been so helpful for our team of recruiters to find potential highly qualified candidates. I love that we can see their work history. It's helpful that there is a link readily available to access and view their prior employers instead of having to run a separate search. I also like that their contact information is provided so that way we are able to contact them on the spot. I like that we can create a list/tags gathering potential candidates so you have them available to view all under one search and so much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far the only issue is that not all cities are available under the location field. However, I found a solution around that. You can put in a bigger city that is close to the city you are searching for and you adjust the radius (miles). That was helpful for a search I was running for example.
