This is a great tool to reach candidates quickly. I had exhausted other resources, and within the first day of using ZoomInfo I had plenty of qualified candidates that I got in contact with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This does not allow you to filter for candidates who are actively seeking positions, but seeing as that is not necessarily the purpose of this I cannot complain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that we can filter the contacts to what we are looking for specifically so we know we are going to be reaching the right people. We are going to then be able to take these contacts and create targeted marketing campaigns geared toward those individuals. I like the ability to be able to track what people are visiting our website so that we can create audiences based on those individuals and market to them furhter. Just a personal thing, but there is a lot of learning involved and probably will be a lot of trial and error in the beginning. So far we haven't had too much time to really dig in and see what it's all about but everything we hear so far is great. The "credits" thing is a little weird but we have to get used to that and pay attention to monitor how many we're using each month. Just hoping we don't run out. I am a Head Hunter and used for recruiting - Easy look up feature to get contact info and bypass gate keeper in many situations; Majority of contact info was up to date and valid; Digging deep and having the option to search in companies and do a search breakdown is a great feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TBH it is very expensive for a small company like me. Would be nice if there was a phone number look up edition based off the Community Edition that is more affordable for the independent recruiter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Click to add contacts to my Bullhorn (Recruitment industry CRM) - works some of the time, some address info is still missing for UK companies
Ability to see direct numbers of senior decision makers - however this isn't for every business I try - some buisnesses in the UK only have a office number which you can get quicker on Google
If you really do have a high amount of money to spend on all kinds of sales tools, the Bullhorn feature is a nice to have. Also you might get some leads from the browse decision maker feature, but this would apply if you have a product or service that isn't particularly niche. It's quite hard to be highly targeted on Zoominfo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Shark like salesmen, rip off price, no compassion when I said this produt had no value to me, NOT GOOD for niche recruiters in the UK. Waste of money, if you are a small UK business find a UK partner not an American company.
Just definitely not worth the extortionate money, even more so if you are a small niche business
They have an AUTO RENEW CLAUSE - unless you cancel 60 days prior, this shows what kind of underhand, snakey company they are
Fingers burnt badly. I really would avoid this company if you are in the UK - save yourself some money and if you really need a solution like this, research a UK partner.

I love the versatility of the tool, I can either search for records in the website or I can search it using the Reachout tool via linked in both for individual candidates and also lists of candidates on the same page. The Reachouts generated are either accurate or predicted which is a great function to help guide me in my job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wade made the training very entertaining. Most Zoom trainings are super boring and I tune out about 2 minutes in. The information he provided was extremely valuable. I didn't know about most of the features he showed. I will definitely be using as well the certification and additional help videos. Zoominfo is hands down the best sourcing tool I have ever seen. ZoomInfo since COVID has updated contact information for almost all of your prospects. It seems like they have worked hard to gather personal information for candidates, as it is more difficult to reach people physically in the office now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
