We usually connect twice a week for session on upcoming updates from our client Citi with large set of associates spreaded across the world, with Zoom room we are able share the information, visuals and record the entire session so that we can refer it afterwards when needed. If a person does not have a solid internet connection and is able to exit the Zoom meeting, he will not be able to reenter the room and will instead log into the main session. The Zendesk integration has caused some connectivity difficulties. Although this has subsequently been resolved, it was difficult to immediately connect with clients because I had to use the Zoom app on my PC to browse rather than Zendesk.
