I have been using Microsoft Teams daily for the last 4 years. It brings all the tools together that you need like chatting, video calls and files sharing. We can chat with people from the entire globe and enjoy video calls with our friends, colleagues and employees. We can schedule daily team meetings on calendars and even can schedule meetings with the clients. We can also train new employees by sharing our entire screen. The voice and video call quality is brilliant. We can even change our background during the video calls. It is super useful and helpful for collaborating with others, especially when working remotely. It keeps everything organized and saves a lot of time, which is a big win for getting things done more efficiently. We can also interview the new hires with the help of Teams over video calls. The customer support is also very quick and friendly. It is very easy to use and implement in our offices.

The room itself is invited. So combining it with a relevant camera means that no one user needs to be connected and sharing their screens at any time. Which means one user is not restricted from using their laptop for the entirety of the meeting. Also the licence is free for the basic setup which is all you need for any normal meeting room.
