I adore everything about this product; the capabilities and ease of integration are unparalleled; they even included a new function that eliminates the need for a long key to be entered in order for a Zoom Rooms iPad to be set up in a room as a wall controller or programmer. I particularly appreciate the practicality of organizing online meetings with a lot of people, and I would emphasize the simplicity of participants attending the meetings and the comfort of preparing presentations as the best quality. What I dislike about Zoom Rooms is that updates are not automated; you must check in manually, by IP address, to update them. It's a little strange, but I'm sure they're working on it. I dislike the difficulties I have in responding to messages in the chat; it appears complex to me and might be lot easier; in fact, I still consider the program's chat as having little utility. I enjoy how Zoom Rooms consolidates control of the room's cameras and equipment onto a single device; I normally use an iPad, so it frees up and centralizes the PC and other equipment. It's simple to attend any Zoom Rooms meeting with your coworkers; there's a whole ecosystem of Zoom Rooms and the technology required to book and join each session (such as tablets, laptops, cameras, and so on). I appreciate being able to have smaller breakout sessions inside a bigger group meeting since it allows all voices to be heard and because it is easy to use than rivals such as Teams. It is not a user-friendly interface; you must attend the meeting you made through the Zoom Rooms interface rather than as a regular user, which confuses our users. I don't like how when it's time to shut the Room, it does so while someone is still speaking; even if there is a countdown, there should be some grace period so someone isn't just interrupted. I would say that the best part about the Zoom rooms is its whiteboard feature which allows anyone to annotate and collaborate with the rest of the fellow participants during an online meeting.
