What I liked best about Zonos is the resources they provide through thier portal. Zonos provides great reading material to help your business from international shipping guidlines, definitions and more. Our team also appreciated the amount of support our onboarding manager gave. It has a very intuitive and easy-to-use interface that allows me to perform multiple activities in a fairly simple way, the ease with which it performs the calculations is quite surprising which allows me to perform my administrative tasks in terms of calculating taxes from one much faster, simpler and more efficient, which has been a great help in my e-commerce to expand my clients in a much easier way, the customer service team is simply great, they respond in short periods of time in a very friendly way and above all with the exact solution to your problem. To be honest, I have no major complaints about the use of this application, it may be that it has many problems in terms of performance in the sense that the image gets stuck or the system stops responding, but nevertheless it is enough to contact support technique and in less than 10 minutes the problem will be solved. There is really nothing to complain about. I wish the customs agents would be a little more accurate in their end to make sure that the quote from Zonos and what is billed is 100% accurate. As we were looking to expand our ecommerce footprint to include the world, we were recommended Zonos (formerly iGlobal) from our shipping partner. They had all of the features we were looking for, shipping quotes, taxes and duties, local currencies, and the most important for us, fraud protection to help vet an online order, giving us the confidence in a "ship" or "don't ship" scenario after they review orders. With a very high percentage of passing orders, this proved to be a great addition to our online ecommerce site, in effect opening up the world.
Direct plug in to Magento made the installation a snap, and their team took time to understand our business and make setup and installation a snap.

We have requested some additional features, such as gathering abandoned shopping cart information and customer information for orders not completed, and working with their team to see what options may be available moving forward.
